Since 2025 I’ve worked in hypnotherapy as an adjunct to counselling people and helping them with all of life’s problems.

I have helped people to lose their fear of storms, their fear of spiders. I have helped people to overcome feelings that are holding them back, and to become unstuck in their own lives - whether that relates to eating, exercise, success, changes or changes in life’s patterns.

I help people to overcome issues with NeuroLinguistic Programming, or NLP, using a range of simple, fast, effective hypnotherapy techniques.

I have a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy from the Clover Institute in Sydney NSW.

How hypnotherapy works

Step 1: We have a quick chat

  • Call me on 0415792055 - if I’m busy, leave a message with your name and number, I’ll call you back.

  • Hypnotherapy works best when you have trust in your therapist, and you really do want to change - so it’s essential we have this first talk and discuss your goals. Hypnotherapy isn’t right for everyone or for every goal, so this helps make sure you’re seeking the right solution.

  • If it isn’t - I’ll help you find the right path for you, instead.

Step 2: We book you in for a session

  • When you’re ready, we’ll select a time that works for you. I offer sessions in the mornings, afternoons and early evening, across the week and weekend - so there’s almost always a time to make it work.

  • I’ll email you an intake form that you complete in your own time.

  • First sessions are normally 90 minutes long, as we need a little more time to start working together. They cost $250.

  • All other sessions are 60 minutes long and cost $150.

  • Sessions are online or in-person.

Step 3: We meet and talk

  • When it’s time for your session you’ll receive a link or we’ll meet up.

  • Then - we simply talk. The first session will involve questions that help me understand the problem, how you think about it, how we can change it, what change you want to deliver. Then we’ll work out new ways for you to be, and then we’ll do some hypnotherapy work together.

Step 4: You’re in control

  • With hypnotherapy you’re always in control. You can stop whenever you wish. You can book in whenever you want. Please note: you cannot be hypnotised against your will, or be asked to do things you don’t want to do. You will be awake, aware, and in control.

  • Usually it will only take three or four sessions to deliver real change; you can book in weekly, or less often. You can book in by calling or texting me and requesting it, or make the sessions regular - it’s up to you.

  • And when you’re ready, you stop - you are always in control.
